Return & Exchange Policy

Please note that all products sold on our platform are non-refundable. We only offer returns or exchanges in cases related to sizing issues. To ensure a smooth process, kindly follow the steps below:


  1. Eligibility: Returns or exchanges due to size are eligible. The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.


  1. Initiating a Return/Exchange: To initiate a return or exchange, please send an email to cs@nask.hk including your order number and the invoice. Await instructions from our Customer Service (CS) team on the return/exchange process.


  1. Approval: Once your return/exchange request is reviewed and approved by our CS team, you will receive further instructions on how to proceed.


Please Note:

- Items returned without prior communication with our CS team will not be accepted.

- Contact us at cs@nask.hk for any queries regarding your return or exchange.


Damages and Issues:

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it right away. If there's any issue with the product (defective, damaged, or incorrect item), contact us immediately so we can evaluate the situation and make it right.


Exceptions:

We are unable to accept returns on sale items, gift cards, and certain types of goods like perishable items, custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have concerns about your specific item, please reach out to us.


Exchanges:

For items eligible for exchange due to size, the fastest way to secure your new item is to return the original item. After acceptance, you may place a new order.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period:

For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason. The item must meet the return condition criteria mentioned above.


Refunds:

Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will inform you about the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
